About IRS offices in Pennsylvania
The Internal Revenue Service operates 17 Taxpayer Assistance Centers in Pennsylvania to help residents with identity verification, ITIN applications, payments, transcripts and account questions. Centers are open Monday through Friday and see taxpayers by appointment only; many smaller ones close for lunch.
